Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. The delivery charge is calculated from the area chosen at checkout and is shown before the order is confirmed.

  • Inside Dhaka: from ৳65.
  • Outside Dhaka: from ৳120.
  • Some areas may have a different charge, which is shown in the order summary.

Dispatch time and courier partner not published yet. Email us before ordering if you need a piece by a specific date.

Payment

The checkout currently offers cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. Online card payments are not currently enabled on the storefront.

For bKash or Nagad, send the amount to the number shown in the order confirmation, then enter the transaction ID. An order is not marked paid until the transaction is verified.

Online card payment is not currently enabled.

Returns & exchanges

The store has not yet published a final returns or exchange policy. Please do not assume that a return or exchange is available.

If you have a concern about a piece, email atelier@trait-pieces.com with your order code as soon as possible. We will confirm the options that apply to your order in writing.

Privacy

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, district, thana and order contents. If you choose bKash or Nagad, we also store the transaction ID you provide.

Order data is stored in the store’s Firebase project and may be processed by the payment or messaging providers used to run the store. Your bag and coupon choice are stored in your browser’s local storage so they survive a page refresh.

Newsletter sign-ups store the email address you submit. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Terms

Prices and availability are confirmed when we contact you after an order is placed. A listed price does not guarantee availability. Pieces marked “Price on request” are not available for direct checkout and must be confirmed by email first.

Product photographs are the store’s own catalogue images. Colour can appear differently on different screens. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order.
